TAPPS Academic Meet
The 91猫先生 Upper School competed in the 2016 TAPPS Academic Championships on Monday and Tuesday April 4-5, 2016 in Waco. After 2 days of competition, Winslow Conneen came home with 5th Place for his performance of 鈥淭he Secret Life of Walter Mitty鈥� in Solo Acting and Chesley Kelley advanced all the way to semi-finals in Lincoln 鈥� Douglas Debate!
Chipper Adams entered the intense competition for Current Events and Issues State Winner. With a First place win in his pocket from last year, he was the man to beat. Although he did his best to continue his reign, he was beaten by 3.5 points. He placed 7th with 34.5 points鈥�12.5 points better than last year鈥檚 1st place score. Way to go, Chipper, for raising the bar for the Current Events and Issues Contest!
