Sixth grade science uses Play-Doh to build a solar system model
Sixth graders are learning about the solar system in science class. To help them understand how the planets compare in their size, students made a model of each planet relative to the size of the other planets. Students had to measure and be precise to come up with the correct comparison. They were amused when they saw the small dot of Play-Doh, which represented Pluto.
