Four 91èÏÈÉú Students were honored this last week as they were named Rotary Young Citizens for 2016. This select membership is composed of young women and young men from schools in the East Texas area who practice citizenship, cleanliness, thriftiness, loyalty, courtesy, honesty, service, dependability, sportsmanship, scholarship, and leadership.
