Fourth graders have been learning about the physical properties of matter. Sixth graders have been learning about plate boundaries in the theory of plate tectonics. Students built a city out of play doh and Legos on top of boards which represented two plates. Then the three different plate boundaries were tested with students recording the amount of damage.
