1st Grade Library & Stuffed Animals

Mrs. Dahn’s first grade class celebrated the opening of their classroom library today.  Jack Weaver and Emerson Lake officially cut  the ribbon  while all the first graders and their special guests (favorite stuffed animal) cheered.  We then measured our guests’ circumference and lengths,  compared weights, and even spent time reading together!

Kindergarten Activities

Kindergarten students are learning many new things as evidenced by the interesting displays in the halls. Mrs. Newman’s students listened to Chicka Chicka Boom Boom by Bill Martin Jr.  and created alphabet trees. Mrs. Haugh’s students created a displaying showing their five senses. Learning can be fun…just ask any kindergarten student!
