Today, I am pleased to announce that Kyle Webb has been selected as a National Hispanic Scholar by the National Hispanic Recognition Program. This is a huge honor placing him in the top 2.5% of Hispanic and Latino PSAT/NMSQT test takers in our region. This academic honor is a testament to Kyle鈥檚 intelligence and extraordinary talent.
