iPads in Education and Flying Dragons!
Whether we apply math skills in a new game format, practice letter-sound recognition, or explore augmented reality, we are learning with our iPads in a purposeful way and loving it! 
Fifth Graders are studying the Middle Ages as they prepare for a field trip to Medieval Times. After reading Saint George and the Dragon, a folktale set in England, we had a little fun with smoke belching flying dragons. We colored a page with a special QR code. Using the quiver app on our iPads we were able to view elements of our page in 3D. Pretty amazing!
