I wanted to personally express my condolences and love towards my Brookhill family. I don’t know if you remember me, but I was the Spanish teacher for two years at the lower school. I loved my experience at the school and spoke with Dana many a time, as well as her daughter Abby. I heard via the news of the horrible tragedy. My heart goes out to you all and my prayers are with you.

Brookhill is an amazing place with amazing people. I must tell you that the two years I taught there were an inspiration to me and had a deep impact on my career and my life. I would have loved for my children to live out the rest of their education there. I have the fondest memories of both of your boys. Please say hi to them for me.

I never get the opportunity to stop by, because whenever I’m in the area school is not in due to a holiday, or it being at night, but I remember you all so fondly. I have been teaching Jr High Spanish for 7 yrs now, and am about to complete my P.hd degree from A&M University in Hispanic Studies.
