From the desk of Sandra Fritcher, Lower School Principal:

In my Bible, I have the verse I Corinthians 15:58 highlighted.聽 It says,聽 鈥淭herefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, for you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.鈥澛� I have referred to this verse many times through the years.聽 I am referring to it again as I describe four essential qualities I think are part of the fabric of the entire staff of the Lower School.

Steadfast

First is the word steadfast.聽 The Lower School staff is steadfast, or solid and reliable.聽 They are rooted and firmly committed to God, God鈥檚 Word, and 91猫先生.聽 No ministry 鈥� and 91猫先生 is a ministry 鈥� is promised perpetual success.聽 In order to sustain the quality of 91猫先生, all of us work together to guard against the drift and lure of the world. We are steadfast in what we do to honor God through our work at the Lower School.

Unmoveable

The second word is unmoveable. The Lower School staff is unmoveable, or tightly secure and firm in the faith. Because of this, we are relentlessly diligent about teaching God鈥檚 Word to your children. We want our students to not only know scripture, but to also apply scripture to how they live and think and act.聽 We all try to set good examples for our children and their families by being calm, obedient, and true to God鈥檚 Word.聽 We also are relentlessly diligent about teaching the appropriate academic skills in each grade level. Teachers and assistants are always planning and preparing for the best possible way to help our students learn.聽 We know that God is in control of everything, and we trust Him to guide us in all that we do at the Lower School.

Abounding in the Work of the Lord

A third element is that the Lower School staff is always abounding in the work of the Lord.聽 Everyone has a spark of enthusiasm and excitement in all that we do.聽 We try to go the extra mile in so many areas. Teaching and guiding children is a huge responsibility, and God expects so much from each of us in what we do every day.聽 We cannot let 鈥渕ediocre鈥� be our approach in anything at the Lower School.聽 We try to be positive and friendly.聽 We laugh often, and we love much.聽 We enjoy being with your children, and we enjoy being with each other.聽 We know God has planned for each of us to be at the Lower School, and we know God has planned for you and your children to be here with us.

We do not Labor in Vain

Last, we know that what we do is not in vain because we are working for the King.聽 We are confident that nothing we do for Jesus is insignificant.聽 Our work at 91猫先生 is God鈥檚 plan for each of us.聽 God remembers our work, and God rewards our work.聽 We are blessed each and every day.聽 It doesn鈥檛 get better than that.

Please know that the Lower School loves your children.聽 We love teaching your children.聽 We love working with your children.聽 We love you, their parents.聽 Most of all, we love God who makes it all possible.
