Electricity in 8th Grade
Science was electrifying in 8th grade this week. Students used balloons and their hair to test out static electricity and see what they could attract with balloons and combs.聽 This followed with a lesson on current electricity and how it travels in circuits.聽 Students tested all kinds of materials to see if they were insulators or conductors.聽
