In Kindergarten we did a science lesson about eggs where we tested the strength of an egg. We started by having a few classmates try to crush an egg with their hands. Next we set a book then a stack of books on the eggs to see if they would break. For our final test the students walked on the eggs.  It was amazing the eggs were so much stronger than we thought.  We decided that now we know how an ostrich’s egg doesn’t break when the mother sits on it.  We also did an experiment to see if the students could tell if the egg was raw or hard boiled.ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý
