Kindergarten Visits Wildlife Museum

Kindergartners visited Brookshire’s Wildlife Museum and Park on Tuesday.  While touring the museum, students learned about the animal coverings and were amazed at the size of the animals.  Of course, the biggest attraction was the playground!  

5th Grade Visits Middle School

Cinco de Mayo

We celebrated Cinco de Mayo in Spanish class at the Lower School this week! Students brought snacks, enjoyed Jarritos, and engaged in games, all in Spanish! It was a fun way to practice our Spanish and learn about history and culture, all while having fun!

1st Grade Mothers’ Poetry Tea

PreK Goes to Caldwell Zoo

  Our PreK students took full advantage of our beautiful weather at the Zoo this week! PreK students learned all about the zoo as they explored the various exhibits, and even got to feed birds and learn about animals from the zoo keepers.

Spanish Chapel

This week we celebrated the love of language learning during our annual Spanish Chapel. Our lower school students sang worship songs in Spanish, and heard testimonies from 5th graders in Spanish as well. At the conclusion of Chapel, each 5th grader gave a quick “about me” in Spanish to their classmates.
