Telling Stories in Spanish

Spanish 1 students worked on telling Spanish stories this week in class. Using their tablets to record their individual stories, the students were able to listen for errors and re-record as necessary. What a great way to utilize technology to help students be more engaged in the learning process!

PreK Releases Butterflies

Celebrating Cinco de Mayo

Spanish 3 students celebrated Cinco de Mayo on Thursday by sampling some traditional Mexican goodies. Students enjoyed Jarritos Mexican sodas, pan dulce (sweet bread) and ensalada de nopales (cactus salad). Of course, we added chips and salsa since we are in Texas and you can鈥檛 celebrate anything here without some good Tex-Mex chips and salsa!
